Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Estimates are free. We look at the tree, the access, the cleanup and anything close by that needs protecting, then explain the work and give you pricing before anything is scheduled.

Do you offer emergency tree service?

We do handle emergency tree work for storm damage and dangerous trees. Call (210) 388-2178 and tell us what happened so we can prioritise accordingly. Availability depends on current weather and how many active calls we have.

Do you remove tree debris after the job?

Yes. Cleanup is part of the job. Limbs, brush, logs and most sawdust are hauled away, and the work area is raked and blown clean. If you want to keep the firewood, just tell us and we will leave it cut to size.

Can you trim branches away from my roof?

Yes. Clearing limbs off roofs and gutters is one of our most common requests. Branches get trimmed back to give the shingles proper clearance, using the roof only in line with safe working practice.

Do you remove stumps?

Yes. We grind stumps below grade and can haul the grindings away, which matters if you plan to replant, lay sod or stop tripping over it with the mower. Learn more about stump grinding.

How do I know if a tree needs to be removed or can just be trimmed?

It depends on the tree, not the calendar. Significant trunk decay, a major split, root failure or a severe lean over the house usually points toward removal. Deadwood, overcrowded crowns and limbs over the roof can often be corrected with pruning. A free on-site assessment is the only honest way to answer it — we will tell you which option you are actually looking at.
